Sterilizer
The STERITHERM VLA is a pre-assembled skid-mounted process module for the sterilization of fruit and vegetable puree’s single strength or concentrate. The module is connected to aseptic filler and/or aseptic tanks. It is capable of matching variations in filler demand and offers accurate control at all times of pasteurization parameters to ensure consistent, accurate and uniform product treatment.
Evaporation
Alfa Laval has a versatile evaporator designed for concentration of a wide range of viscous fruit Juices. The concentration is done under vacuum by heating, the product with specially designed calandria and flashed vessel in a highly efficient cyclone separators. The product is not boil inside the heat exchanger.
